1. What services do you provide?
My main area of expertise is website graphic design with SEO. I also provide logotype design, icon design, and banner design services.
2. Will you take on the projects that include coding and programming tasks?
Yes, I do the design and coding myself. This way I can be sure it remains true to your expectations. I also offer to host and maintain the site for you.
3. What deliverables will I receive from you?
You will receive layered graphic file (PNG or PSD) along with the Dreamweaver files, if you desire. When ordering a logotype, you will also get vector AI files for print purposes. When designing a logo I offer 3 versions to start depending on what you like I can tweak to your satisfaction.
4. Will I retain full copyright to the work you create for me?
Per my standard contractor agreement, I transfer ownership of all copyrightable work to my clients. I retain the right to showcase the work on my website.
5. How do you usually work?
A typical design project could be broken into the following stages: analysis, proposal, upfront payment, concept design, feedback and fine tuning, balance payment, source files delivery.
6. How long does it normally take you to create the design?
Timeframes vary greatly depending on the nature of the project and current workload. It will usually take us 3-5 business days to produce a concept webpage design.
7. What is the best way to communicate with you?
E-mail, instant messaging and phone are perfectly sufficient in most cases.
